Urban Rez Solutions has provided conflict management/life skills training and intervention in both in-school and school away from school models for behaviourally challenged students. In addition we have provided conflict management training mandated by principals to suspended students during in school suspensions.

Urban Rez Solutions has been working with youth since 2000. URS understands the myriad of issues impacting marginalized and barriered students and works with them to build capacity via raising awareness, imparting the benefits of education and implementing training.

Urban Rez Solutions in partnership with school boards provides reintegration strategy supporting students who are suspended or who face suspension prepare for re-entry to their home school. By providing students with culturally sensitive conflict management skill training necessary in today’s school setting, it will mitigate the likelihood of further behaviour warranting discipline/suspension.
