An alternative approach to student engagement that places emphasis on the infrastructural contributions in support of iconic individuals, industries and products. The model counters the standard mass media approach of engagement by introducing and exposing additional opportunities as extensions of one’s INTERESTS, PERSONALITY TRAITS & SKILL SETS.
